Designed to support children’s physical skills and develop confidence, agility and balance through a range of colourful, challenging but fun physical challenges and circuits, Tumble Tots Worthing have sessions for babies and toddlers from 6 months- 3 years.
Tumble Tots Worthing currently run 3 sessions a week at various locations across Worthing.
Monday sessions are held at Worthing Boys Club, Friday sessions at St Matthew’s Church Hall and Saturday sessions at Goring CE Primary School.

The Little Play Village
Does your little one love imaginative play? Then they will love The Little Play Village sessions!
Created and run by a busy and experienced Mum of 2 and primary school teacher, Laura, The Little Play Village offers over 15 incredible role play sets and for children and their parents to immerse themselves in play.
Sessions are currently held on Tuesdays & Thursday mornings (2 sessions per day; 930am and 11.15am) at Maybridge St Richard’s Church in Goring.

Playful Penguins are a small, family run business offering open-ended and child-led play sessions for children under 5.
Playful Penguins run both an outdoor, nature play and messy activities sessions in the woods at Goring Greensward and also offer an indoor messy play and sensory sessions for babies and toddlers too.
Outdoor nature play sessions are currently running on Wednesdays and Fridays in Worthing and are located at the easily accessible Goring Greensward between Sea Lane Café and Goring Gap.
Sessions are available to book in single sessions or alternatively in a 4 week block.

The Hope Hive is a secure indoor play venue where children and their families can play, chat, explore and learn with prepared play resources and imaginative play set-ups as well as a café to grab some food and drink from whilst the children play.
The Hope Hive also has a secure garden area for children to play and explore within too.
Sessions are available to book on the website on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The Hope Hive offers drop in sessions or specifically planned messy/sensory sessions for a range of ages, as well as an after school drop in session.
Sing and Sign
Sing and Sign Worthing sessions are designed to support bonding, communication and develop baby signing skills between babies, toddlers and their parents through a range of fun and engaging songs, rhymes and signs.
The Autumn term of Sing and Sign are currently held on Tuesday-Fridays at various locations from West Worthing through to East Preston.

Wot A Mess run messy creative sessions for babies and toddlers from 2 locations in Lancing.
Outdoor messy play sessions are on Tuesday mornings at Lancing Manor and offer children opportunities to play, learn and explore in the woodlands behind Impulse Leisure Centre, exploring a range of nature based and sensory play opportunities.
Indoor Messy Play sessions are held on Wednesdays for babies at Adur Scout Hut and toddler messy play sessions are held indoors at the Scout Hut on Thursdays and Friday mornings.

Tree Tots – Sussex Forest Activities
Sussex Forest Activities offer nature based, woodland play sessions within their designated forest site in Angmering for pre-school children on Monday, Thursdays and Friday mornings; providing children with the opportunity to explore den building, water play, mud, bubbles and experience an open fire to toast marshmallows on.
The sessions are held at Furzefield Campsite in Angmering, West Sussex.
Sparrows – West Worthing Baptist Church
West Worthing Baptist Church are now re-running their ‘Sparrows’ session; a baby/toddler group on Wednesday mornings at 10am. An opportunity for children to join in a craft session/activity whilst parents/carers can have a hot drink and catch up with other adults. No charge or pre-booking required for this.
St Andrews Baby & Toddler Group
St.Andrews Church, West Tarring (Glebe Road) offer a warm and welcoming baby and toddler groups on Wednesday afternoons (1.25-2.45pm) where children have the opportunity to explore a range of play experienes and resources on offer whilst parents/carers can gather together over tea, cake and biscuits.
No booking required and sessions are charged at £1 per family, per session.
Beach School Hub – Sussex Kids Hub
Sussex Kids Hub run their beach school sessions on Wednesday mornings (10am) in Lancing and also offer an after school session on Thursdays in the same location at 330pm.
The Beach School sessions are run and organised by an experienced beach school leader and aimed to cater for children 1.5 years – 11 years.
Sessions include free flow play experiences, a beach explorer pack for each child to use during their session, 3 adult led activity stations. Beach school sessions run for an hour before ending with a sea themed story.
Sessions are priced at £8.50 per family and pre-booked in advance.
Storm – Rowlands Road
Storm @ no 49 Rowlands Road run their ‘Stormie Tots’ sessions every Wednesday morning. With a £2 suggested contribution, Stormie Tots offer story and singing sessions ending with free play.
Sessions offer a wild variety of activities and themes for children to enjoy.
Tots & Tinies – Maybridge Church
Maybridge Community Church ‘Tots and Tinies’ sessions run every Thursday during term time at 10am and 115pm. These sessions are now required to be booked in advance as a result of Coronavirus.
Sessions include craft, playing and singing.
St Mary’s Smarties Parent & Toddler Group
Smarties Parent and Toddler group runs from St.Mary’s Church in Goring every Wednesday from 9.15-11am, term time only and offering children from birth to 4 to stay, play and socialise.
Sessions are charged at £1.50.
St. Symphorian’s Pram & Toddler Group
St.Symphorian’s Church, Durrington run their pram and toddler group every Friday morning at 10am; offering everything from free play, crafts, singing, activities and story time. Sessions are free but donations are welcome to support the running of the church and groups.
As you can see, lots on during term time to keep busy with little ones, regardless of their age, all of which are timed perfectly in between school runs!
