The great outdoors is a place for our children to cherish, love and embrace now more than ever. Being outdoors helps our children grow in confidence, ability and have a deeper understanding and respect for our wildlife.
If you are looking to get your little ones outside and running around in the fresh air in West Sussex this October half term – then look no further than The Outdoors Project.
Rob Cruise runs the West Sussex arm of The Outdoors Project. They are all about getting kids outdoors, active and having loads of fun!
In an age of ever-encroaching technology, they are firm believers in the benefits of fresh air, adventure and outdoor play; they don’t think rain is ever a good reason to stay inside! And we couldn’t agree more.
The Outdoors Project runs after school clubs across the county and holiday clubs during every school holiday for children aged 5-12 years old.
As well as their fantastic activity clubs, The Outdoors Project also provides solutions for;
– Birthday parties
– School Outdoor Education Workshops
These sessions are perfect for developing friendships, building trust and confidence, practising teamwork and honing those essential life skills.
We’re thrilled to have ‘The Outdoors Project‘ as part of our Working Mums and Dads family and we love to keep track of all the new games, themes and activities they are constantly creating throughout the year.
The October half-term is fast approaching and Rob and his team will be running their Holiday Clubs at a brand new Worthing site – Goring Primary School. For more information on what they’re up to and to book your child’s place you can find their website here.
